Our new patient exam is comprehensive so expect your first visit to be at least 1 hour long. This time allows us to get to know you, perform a complete exam of your whole mouth, take the necessary x-rays, take photos of your mouth, clean your teeth, and discuss the treatment needed with you. When you arrive, expect to fill out a new patient form that details your health and dental history. Alternatively, you can click on the link below to print out the form and fill it ahead of time.
